英会話だけではなくナニゴトも何かを継続させるには
モチベーションというものが必要になってくる。
つまり意欲無くして何かをやり遂げることはできない。
それには具体的な目標を掲げることが大事だと思います。
英会話をマスターしたいと考えているのであれば
その目標について「なぜ、いつ、どこで」などということと
その結果を明確にすることです。
例えば試験に合格するために３ヶ月先に、検定上で試験をする。
そして、それに受かった結果どういったことが待ち受けているのか
ということをしっかりとイメージングしておく。
その再認識がモチベーションへダイレクトに繋がるのではないでしょうか。
家の中などで常にどこかみえるところに貼っておくと
意外と効果がでるといいます。
人間のように忘れっぽい生き物はこういったコントロールが必要ですが
コントロールはできるということです。
効果の程は、その目的に対してどれだけ強い気持ちを持っているかで
大分差はでて来てしまいます。
結局のところは強い気持ちを持っているということが一番大事なことかもしれません。
